How do unlimited changes work?
Unlimited change requests within your plan’s scope, handled one at a time. Larger builds are broken into agreed stages, with timing confirmed before work begins. One shared work queue covers all websites included in your plan.
Do I need paid software?
Separately purchased software, subscriptions, and usage fees remain your responsibility. Third-party tools are not required when SMWS custom-builds the functionality within your plan’s scope.
Can you take over my existing website?
Let’s look at what you have first. I’ll check the website, hosting, and access, then explain what can move into a care plan and whether any separate repair work is needed.
What if I don’t have a website yet?
Core Care includes the initial service website build: home, about, services, contact, a basic contact form, and local SEO foundations. Business Care adds booking, structured intake, straightforward follow-up workflows, and connections to existing tools. Priority Care adds tailored workflows, automations, integrations, dashboards, and small operational tools. Your initial website build and custom-built functionality within your selected scope are included. Work beyond that scope needs a plan upgrade or separate agreement.
Do you only work with service businesses in Georgia?
Service businesses are a main focus, but shops, restaurants, and other small businesses are welcome too. I’m based in Winder, Georgia, and can also work with you remotely.
